Description: Common in the eastern half of Oklahoma and Texas, Blue sage occurs in open fields and pastures, along roadsides, and in partially shaded areas. Flowers are light blue to sky blue, occur on terminal spikes and have a large, nearly flat lower lip. Leaves are coarsely serrate past the middle. |
