Description: A tall legume with slender stems that may reach 4 feet in height. The leaflets are narrow or lanceolate shaped. Fruits are covered with Velcro-like hair that will stick to clothing and animal hair. Stipules are small. A preferred browse of white-tailed deer and is eaten by livestock. Found on a variety of sites from central Oklahoma and Texas eastward. |
