Description: A legume similar in appearance to Blue wild indigo but with yellow flowers on thin spikes and a shorter, more shrublike growth form. Common over much of Oklahoma and Texas on loamy or sandy soils in prairies and open woods. Is of no use to livestock and is not an aggressive spreader. |
